Ryan Strasshofer

Ryan is a 4th generation Oregonian, Sheldon High School graduate, and University of Oregon Alum. After college, Ryan entered into a career in insurance and financial advising with Country Financial, obtaining licenses for all lines of insurance, as well as his series 6 & 63 securities licenses. A few years into his career, a friend and client founded a small company named Gorilla Capital and asked Ryan to join the startup real estate investment firm. Ryan’s primary responsibility was to expand the business; initially serving as an independent asset manager, and then growing into the role of trainer and regional president. For more than a decade Ryan served as a senior executive and shareholder. During his tenure, Gorilla Capital grew from a small local business in Eugene to a national corporation with sales revenue of over $75M annually in over 30 states that provided jobs to hundreds of individuals. Ryan’s success in the management of investment in high risk assets through and beyond the real estate crash uniquely positions Ryan as an expert in the “fix and flip” space, risk assessment, systems development, financial structures, and operational management.

In his free time, Ryan focuses on spending time with his family, including his wife Nicole, and two young children; Jonathan and Payton. When time permits, Ryan loves to travel, golf, or spend time supporting the Oregon Ducks. Ryan continues working in consulting roles, and advisory capacities for other small businesses both in Real Estate and other fields.
