Mike Proulx is a Eugene/Springfield Native that has put more than 30 years of roots down in this community. Graduating from Sheldon High School, Mike moved on to the University of Oregon where he played football before joining his family in small business. Currently Mike owns and operates 9 Subway restaurants as well as Next Phase Realty – a local boutique real estate agency. 15 years managing employees and buying/selling of real estate has positioned Mike well to understand how to make money and find success, even through tumultuous markets. When Mike is not working he loves to golf, hike, and spend time with his wife and three daughters. 

Mike is also passionate about caring for the Lane County Community. He is well connected to the needs our community faces, and is the driver behind Arbor Equity Group’s sister company. A non-profit geared at providing working opportunities to foster kids, and those coming out of treatment or incarceration.
