Jared is a native and life-long resident of Eugene. After nearly a decade of experience in restaurant management, Jared began his career in real estate in 2010 specializing in residential and commercial property sales. After obtaining his Principal Broker’s license, he went on to co-found Next Phase Realty. Under Jared’s leadership, his team has brokered over $150 million in real estate transactions since its inception. Jared has also built a personal portfolio of investment properties in the Eugene/Springfield area. In his free time, Jared loves exploring the PNW and is an avid backpacker.
