Jared is a lifelong resident of Eugene. After nearly a decade of experience in restaurant management, Jared began his career in real estate in 2010, specializing in residential and commercial property sales. After obtaining his Principal Broker’s license, he co-founded Next Phase Realty with Mike. Under Jared’s leadership, his team has brokered over $150 million in real estate transactions since its inception. Jared has also built a personal portfolio of investment properties in the Eugene/Springfield area. In his free time, Jared loves exploring the PNW and is an avid backpacker. He and his long-term partner look forward to getting married in 2025 and starting a family.
